Qualified organizations interested in applying for a grant must complete the Avista Foundation Grant Application, which is available by clicking the "Apply for an Avista Foundation Grant" button below. Applications are reviewed quarterly in February, May, August and November, although organizations are encouraged to submit applications at any time.

This online form will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Any information you've submitted will be saved if you're not able to complete the form in one session. Simply sign-in again and pickup where you left off. A confirmation email will be sent  once your application is successfully submitted.
